After two reschedules in two years, Abbey and Capt. Andy Goehring probably began to think their wedding would never take place. The wedding, which was originally scheduled to take place at The Biltmore Hotel in 2006, was first put on hold because Andy was suddenly deployed to Iraq. The new date was set for 2007, in hopes that Andy would be back from the war. But yet again, Andy would not be able to come home and marry the woman he could not wait to start his life with. Abbey patiently waited for Andy for another year. FINALLY in 2008, two years to the date of their original date, they were married at The Biltmore Hotel. Time would not change the fact that these two belong together. They are the sweetest, most down to earth couple you'll ever meet. Jesus and I had a wonderful time with the two of them and thank them for allowing us to be a part of such a memorable day.
A special note from us to Capt . Andy Goehring and all military personnel:
Thank you for your service and protection. Because of your dedication, we live in a country that is safe and free. We are all reaping the benefits of your hard work. THANK YOU!
